To offer a safe space for anyone to achieve a much better quality of life through workouts, coaching, community and nutritional balance.

Honor, Courage and Commitment are the three Core values of the United States Marine Corps. As an active duty Marine for over 14 years, and an active duty family, these values have kept our family strong and made us successful through our best of times and toughest. These values, if followed, will create a strong foundation.

This is the very foundation of our character. This is the quality that empowers us to demonstrate the utmost moral and ethical behavior:
Never lie, cheat or steal. Abide by an uncompromising code of integrity.

This is the very heart of our values. This can prove itself to be the most difficult of all. Courage is the mental, moral and physical strength that should be
ingrained in us so that we may face challenges, obstacles, fear and to do what is always right.

This promotes the highest order of discipline for us as a community and for our own “self”. Commitment instills dedication, pride, concern for others and determination to achieve a standard of excellence in whatever we choose to do.

It was always a dream of Meredith’s to own her own gym some day. When Ancelmo decided to take a step back from being an active duty Marine, they settled near family in Winchester, VA, and the time was right to build the gym they wanted.

This is a family-run business through and through. Our two children are involved in every aspect of this space and we do everything together. Our foundation of members is very strong and they have helped shape this place to what it is – an amazing community where everyone is welcome to workout.

I was born and raised in Winchester.  I am a full-time member of the WV Air National Guard and I have been in the military since 2007.  I started out in Aircraft Maintenance on the C-5 Galaxy, then switched to Cyber Security in 2015.

I started doing functional fitness/Crossfit in 2014 and I have never really looked back.  I have gained so much confidence in every area of my life since I started.  Getting through difficult workouts has transformed me, not just physically but also mentally.  Putting my head down, grinding through and getting the work done day after day has given me a mental toughness that I never realized I could have.

I am so happy to be a part of a gym where I am surrounded by people who will support me and not judge me; people who are always making me smile and laugh!  The environment and the people have really drawn me in and made me feel welcome as a member and a part-time coach.  I am so grateful to have the opportunity to learn something new with each class I take and coach.  I look forward to the gym each and every day and in large part, that is due to the amazing community of people at WH351.  There is never a dull moment!

I love working out because I feel like it’s my time of day that I don’t have to take care of anyone else but myself.  I use working out as a “release” from all the stresses in life and burn off that negative energy, so it doesn’t spill over into the other aspects of my life.

I am a mom, I work full-time in the Emergency Room, part-time nursing student, and coach here at Warehouse 351.  CrossFit and weightlifting have not always been my exercise of choice.  I used to be a long-distance runner and ran in many long-distance races.  I was first introduced to CrossFit about 3 years and fell in love with it.  I love pushing myself to extremes I never knew I could tap into. My biggest pet peeve is the fact that women think lifting will make you look “manly”.  The answer is NO! It will make you strong and have so much more confidence in yourself. So lift big weights ladies!

I love coaching because I love to see people’s faces when they do something they never thought possible before.  It is truly an amazing feeling to give someone the courage to lift a weight they never thought they would or perform a movement they didn’t think they were capable of and giving them the extra confidence boost to achieve it.  I’m not here to be your cheerleader, I just want to show you to the potential that you didn’t think you had!
