BARBELL SKILLS CLASS

2 Saturdays/month. Free to current members OR $10 for drop-ins.

Our barbell skills class focuses on the snatch, the clean & the jerk and all associated movements. This class is programmed to be modified for the beginner with progressions as well as to the advanced lifter.

The next barbell skills class is TBD – 11AM and is a 90Min. session.

It’s hard to believe that we are into warmer weather now, and that means PHASE I, 6-WEEK CHALLENGE!

Are you ready for a serious change in your health habits?  This is the challenge for you.  Our orientation will be held on June 17th at 6PM.  Our classes begin on Monday at 8AM OR you may attend our 6:30PM class.

You get so much from being a part of these classes and challenge.  36 classes to choose from, nutritional support the entire step of the way, before and afters, in depth coaching and a true accountability group to tackle this with.

This will fill up quickly, so don’t delay in reserving your spot!

5-WEEK KID’S SERIES – TUESDAY, JUNE 25TH

We are so excited to announce this 5-Week Kid’s Series!  We will be breaking these classes into two separate age groups:

*Ages 5-8

*Ages 9-12

Classes will be held at 9:30AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
